How can I become a member of LuminusWear?

Membership is by invitation only. If selected, you will receive a curated box from our team, but boxes cannot be requested. Alternatively, you can apply for an account, although acceptance is not guaranteed. The more loyal you are, the more access you gain to exclusive collections and services.

What are the different membership tiers at LuminusWear

LuminusWear offers several membership tiers: EMERALD, ROBYN, PLATINUM, and ALEXANDRITE. Information about these tiers is private and can only be found by members within their account.

How do I verify the authenticity of my LuminusWear piece?

Each item comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and a unique serial number on the Luminus label and inside the garment. You can verify authenticity by contacting us, as all items are registered in our secure database linked to the original buyer.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

Membership is continuous until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time, but upon cancellation, you lose access to the webshop and exclusive benefits. Your account information will be saved, but you must be reselected to regain access.

How are LuminusWear items shipped?

All shipments are tracked, insured, and include a GPS tracker. If you prefer to exclude GPS tracking, please add a note at checkout or contact us directly.

Can I personalize my LuminusWear items?

Yes, depending on your membership tier, you can have your items personalized with initials or names. Personalization options vary according to your membership level.
